PS Did you know I also do printing? I work closely with an incredibly handsome and wonderful printer (he’s my husband hehe) so I can offer you great deals on printing, for everything from business cards and brochures to packaging, signage and full store fit outs.

How does the design process work?

The design process will vary depending on your project, your timeline and your package, but it generally looks a little something like this. And don’t worry, I’ll walk you through every step of the process so you’ll always know exactly what to expect!

Step 1

If you haven’t already, please check out my Price Guide and my Portfolio. But don’t worry if you’re after something else!

Step 2

Complete my Quote Request Form below. You don’t have to answer all the questions, but the more I know the easier it is for me to help you.

Step 3

I’ll send you a quote and we can arrange a time to have a complimentary 15 minute chat if you have any questions.

Step 4

I’ll send you a Welcome Kit which includes a Questionnaire, a timeline for your project and your deposit invoice.

Step 5

We’ll schedule a time to chat (via phone, Skype or in-person) so I can really get to know your business and your objectives, and I’ll also do my own research.

Step 6

Now the most exciting part – the design stage begins! I’ll create a number of different concepts and send them to you for review.

Step 7

You’ll send me feedback on the designs and I’ll make any changes if required. I might get it perfect first go, other times we have to go back and forth a few times to ensure that you’re 100% happy.

Step 8

Once the design/s are finalised and your final invoice is paid, I’ll send you the completed design/s, and take care of the printing and distribution (if applicable).
